Working back then as an HR manager in the ITC industry, he proactively performed a host of HR tasks ranging across the field of permanent employment. In his own consulting company, he subsequently assisted many handpicked clients in the field of personnel consulting in their assignment to permanent positions as well as the placement of interim managers in human resources for clients in a wide range of industries.
In addition, Mr. Altmann has been able to help many large and medium-sized companies gain traction in their initial steps into social media HR communication as project manager. As a sought-after guest speaker, online author and moderator of HR conferences and workshops, he has been able to build up an extensive network in the HR scene.
In recent years, Lutz Altmann has focused on the strategic and operational implementation of recruitment in a challenging environment at an international tech company in his role as Interim Recruitment Manager.
After these key professional experiences in a position of permanent employment, as a personnel and management consultant and as an interim manager in various HR projects, Lutz Altmann is now embracing the exciting challenge of establishing and expanding the Human Resources Business Unit at hahn+friends group. In this capacity, he will be leveraging his relationships with long-standing candidates, partners and clients at all corporate levels at medium-sized businesses and group companies.
In addition to his entrepreneurial task as Associated Partner of the Human Resources Business Unit, Mr. Altmann has been developing new ideas and concepts with which to optimise sourcing in the matrix of permanent, interim, temporary, project and consultant candidates as well as for improving HR communication (employer branding, personnel marketing) at enterprises for some time now.
