The division manager of a well-known TecDAX company in the plant engineering sector set out to facilitate further growth of the division by improving project steering from a business admin perspective. As a result of rapid growth, the team in charge had initiated many processes on top of the daily business. The interim manager’s task was to grab the reins over these processes and guide them into a fully integrated structure while mapping them in SAP.
When selecting the interim manager, it was important to the division head that the interim manager have solid experience in project controlling at a plant and mechanical engineering company.
