As analyst investor relations, interim manager supports General Meeting and Capital Market Day

The management of the Department Corporate Communication at a well-known TecDAX company was looking to fill the position of analyst investor relations. In order to satisfy the Board of Management’s short-term information requirements while at the same time enhancing the company’s expertise in this area, the Board decided to employ an interim manager.

When selecting the interim manager, it was important to the management that the interim manager have solid experience in the analysis of financial and business information and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with the company’s various internal and external contacts. Furthermore, it was important to the Board that the interim manager be able to quickly familiarise himself with complex information structures while at the same time handling the dynamic processes of the business model with poise.
