As Vice President HR, interim manager shores up day-to-day business and budget process at US group

Due to the absence of the Vice President of Human Resources due to illness, a client had to send out feelers to find an interim VP to bridge the gap. Since the upcoming budget planning process as well as the ongoing day-to-day business had to be carried on as usual, a solution had to be found for the post.

When selecting the interim manager, the CEO attached importance to the candidate having extensive experience in managing professional HR structures and processes. Furthermore, the candidate had to quickly demonstrate their reliability and worth as a trustworthy sparring partner to the management team. Another prerequisite to be meet was in-depth experience with the budget process from an HR perspective.
