Finding a glove-fit candidate for the HR management position in the commercial group

The challenges facing the company were enormous: the multinational corporation, run by private equity, had at first significantly bolstered its position in the European market by a series of takeovers. The ensuing task was hence to restructure internally and form what had previously been locally managed business units into a global management structure in order to leverage further synergies.

We were not only able to find an individual for the newly created role of Global Head of Human Resources who was quickly able to command the respect both of the group’s top management as well as international specialists and management teams. We also found a person to take charge who had the acumen needed to set up and adapt processes while coordinating these with all stakeholders and tapping into the needed potential.
