Temporary employment of experts

When temporarily assuming a line function and thus integrating the interim manager, some clients have to contend with the risk of bogus self-employment in accordance with Section 611 a of the German Civil Code (BGB). If a client has these concerns, we can ensure a legally secure solution through our expert transfer including full integration into the company organization. In this case, our clients receive the familiar flexibility and legal certainty at the same time.
