The hahn+friends group uses this vehicle to deal with a wide swath of different situations requiring organisational integration of a candidate in the client organisation – for which there are clear legal rules – or the candidate would like to work on a project-related basis in a permanent employment relationship and get to know different clients culturally and organisationally.
The original idea behind hahn+friends helping hands stands for the goal of creating a sustainable and secure environment in which experienced supporters offer young talents with a passion for accounting the opportunity to develop professionally and personally – parallel to their further educational training as international accountants.

Stepwise is a small niche boutique in the hahn+friends group operating in the field of financial advisory. The people at Stepwise support clients in special situations in the areas of transformation, transactions, turnaround and adaptation of structures and processes.
In addition to larger clients in the medium-scale enterprises sector, we also have many reputed auditing companies among our clients, whose consulting teams we reinforce with experienced corporate experts in the areas of shared services transformations, sell- and buy-side due diligences, post-merger integrations, in the launch and optimisation of SAP ERP and S4/Hana system landscapes with different module competencies or with taskforce teams for special situations.
