Our aim is always to improve our services and internal and external relationships in order to increase the quality and speed with which we fill temporary and permanent vacancies.

Integrity ensures that employees, candidates and clients have confidence in the hahn+friends brand and our services. We admit our own mistakes and deal with them openly and transparently. Internally, this means that we do not cover up anything and that employees are free from fear and worry about negative consequences. Externally, we communicate transparently with candidates and clients so that a good error culture is recognisable. We avoid conflicts of interest and draw the attention of candidates, clients and employees to potential conflicts of interest so that all parties involved are aware of them.
