Interim manager bridges vacancy gap as HR officer while ensuring transfer of know-how

In order to safeguard day-to-day business during the planned maternity leave of a well-liked HR officer, the company decided to hire an interim HR officer. In addition to the prompt transfer of know-how and continued performance of the day-to-day business without any disruption, an additional project in the scope was also part of the task.

When selecting the interim manager, it was important to the HR manager for the candidate to have a proactive style of working, to have experience working in a similar position and strong communication skills in German and English in order to be able to interact effectively with the interfaces.
